Digital advertisements are bought in different ways. Jarvis identifies each buy type by Sponsorship, CPM and CPC which is represented by our visual icons so that you can quickly see the distribution of buy types across your campaigns.
A sponsorship denotes that all ads in a certain area on site are sold to one advertiser, and they will receive all impressions for the agreed period of time.
CPM, or Cost Per Mille is a term which denotes the cost of serving 1000 impressions. Ads bought on CPM are purchased on the basis of what it costs to serve 1000 impressions of the ad.
CPC, or Cost Per Click is when advertising is bought based on the amount of times the user clicks the ad.
